Additional 3 years he acquired his experience in operative skills. After that, he has pursued 2 year fellowship in adult cardiac surgery at The Cleveland Clinic which is one of the topmost institute in the USA where he had been trained for the state of the art of Minimally Invasive Cardiac Surgery and Heart failure surgeries like LVAD insertion and Heart transplant.
